Hotel was ideal to where we wanted to be.

Staff was rude and ignorant to my husband when he lost his key.

The staff was unprofessional. There appearance was atrocious for a hotel, exposing gang like tattoos all over arms, and very low class caliber. Made erroneous accusations over my husband losing his key, after he told them he was a police officer. Size of room.

Shower temp was unpredictable, upkeep was poor, pool was over chlorinated.

The location was convenient to the outlet mall and restaurants. We were happy that there was an indoor pool and bar but when we used them we were not impressed with either. Breakfast bar was adequate but you weren't allowed to take anything up to your room and my husband likes to sleep in, so that didn't work well for us. ...read more

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere in the bar was great.

We were unable to use the balcony because the door was sealed shut due to the roof being unsafe.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights and were very pleased with everything - customer service, cleanliness, dining, location. We will definitely stay there again!

The hotel features an indoor and an outdoor pool, which was an excellent option due the rainstorm that interrupted our vacation.

The check-in process was slow and tedious, not enough staff to accomodate the amount of checking in travellers.

The room was clean from the made-up beds to the freshly laundered towels. The a/c unit worked wonderfully and the small refrigerator was very convenient to store drinks and snacks for the children. It was right across from Dutch Wonderland and it had indoor and outdoor pools. The hotel was old but well maintained

The continental breakfast set up was too small for the crowds.

It was a very family friendly experiance. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in it after a day at Dutch Wonderland. We would reccomend it to anyone.
